Would You Like to Share Your Paper Mache Art?

Paper mache art is our passion, creating it, sharing it and looking at what other people are making. The medium is so rich and versatile that the things you can create are limited only by your own imagination.

Although we've always been keen to experiment with different shapes and sizes, Annemarie and I tend to work with a limited pallet of colours. We're both very much influenced by the natural beauty of the wild African landscape but have never really worked with the vibrant colours of our continent.

I keep saying I would love to do something really bright and colourful. I have these wonderful ideas while I'm making the piece but somehow, when it comes to decorating, I always revert back to my earthy tones.

We want this site to really do justice to the art and craft of paper mache but we can't do that on our own. And that's where you come in.

We'd love you to share your art with us...

Would you like to share your work on our site? We would love to see photos of your art and hear all about how you made it.

This page is for all paper mache artists, not just the famous ones. So, join in the fun and show us your work. Who knows, your unique talent might even be discovered right here on the CPM.

Use the form below to show us your work, tell us how you made it and what was the inspiration behind the piece.

We'd love to hear your stories as well as see your photos. Your work may even feature in our e-zine, Trash to Treasure.
