Carry a Camera
Record that Inspiration

If you're anything like Annemarie you already carry a camera where ever you go. I have to confess that I'm not much of a photographer but it can mean missing out on opportunities to record great ideas for your paper mache.

Photographic inspiration

Annemarie shoots anything that inspires her, from the way the light falls on a certain object to the texture of a tree or the colour and shape of a flower.

In the image above she has captured the light and shadow as it fell on rippled beach sand.

Her collection of images is huge and just browsing through them inspires all kinds of projects and ideas for decorating.

If this sounds like something that would suit your way of working then it really does get the creative juices flowing.

Even though I'm not a big fan of taking the photos myself, I do love looking through them.

Here's one of a starfish on the beach.
